Refund policy

At Hairmart, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it if the item is:

• Unused and unworn.
• In its original packaging.
• With all tags and lace uncut.
• In the same condition you received it.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been:

• Worn.
• Washed.
• Dyed or coloured.
• Cut, styled or altered in any way.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
